So close you could smell it.

Patience is a virtue. Our virtues are running thin. It's soooo hard to wait. To be this close to finishing. The floors are drying. The doors are locked so nothing can get on the floors. We can peek inside thanks to the giant glass doors. So little left to do now. A little bit of tiling left in our bathroom and grouting both bathrooms, trimming the baseboards down for the kitchen cabinets, installing glass railing and banisters, a couple of lights, and a few things for the porch and we are done. If the weather cooperates, we may be moving the storage unit into the basement and start bringing up the furniture on Sunday (the 30th). So, if you're not too busy... (wink, wink, hint, hint)

And just in time for Tanner's 4 month birthday tomorrow. I think he may be cutting his first tooth or something. He is drooling buckets, chewing his hands, and quite fussy lately. But every so often something cracks him up and he lets out a laugh. Not a cute little giggle, but a deep belly laugh. Absolutely hysterical.

Just a couple more weeks (hopefully)

Check out the porch!

This is the ceiling of the porch...

The painting is coming along nicely, Tanner's room is looking good.

Our room has been painted and the fan put up too! What a cute little linen closet.

There is almost a spot to put the bathtub in our bathroom.

The den got the paint and fan treatment too.

Upstairs... good looking skylights

The dining room got its first coat this afternoon

And a blue stair wall for interest

And this is as close as the boy will come to sleeping on his back. He starts to flip himself as soon as we lay him down. Little stinker!
